The Consulate General of Saint Lucia in New York Mr. Alvin J Landers in collaboration with Alphonso Marquis of the Hartford St. Lucian Lions Club, Raquel Prospere, and Sally Etienne organized a school supply drive to benefit children in need within various communities in Saint Lucia. While this is a trying time for everyone personally, Saint Lucians rose to the occasion. Donations consisted of backpacks, notebooks, calculators, and various other supplies. Other contributors to the initiative are, The Saint Lucia American Association of Connecticut, The Saint Lucia Domino Club, The Lavish crew as well as several individuals within the Hartford area. The Consulate General of Saint Lucia in New York Mr. Alvin J Landers would like to thank all involved in making the drive a success.
